Blake has been a professional ballroom dancer and instructor for over 28 years. He has been a three-time first place finalist in the Professional Open, American Smooth categories, as well as a three-time Fred Astaire Open American Smooth Champion. He is the founder of the new studio, Birmingham Ballroom, and shares his expertise as a seasoned instructor with the entire metro-Detroit community. Blake was an instructor for the 2007 U.S.D.C. Open American Smooth and Rhythm Champions. Blake is a country music lover, scuba diver, and appreciates the diversity of the four seasons in the Midwest.
